Lelukauppa-Riimiko delivery conditions.

The 'Payment method' you choose at the end of the order determines when the products can be delivered. The payment methods are Online payments (=Paytrail), Bank transfer and Collection. Online payments include payment with all bank and credit cards. In addition, it offers invoicing and installment payment

Here below are more detailed descriptions of them

Online payments:
(=all bank and credit card purchases, Jousto and Collector invoicing and PayPal payment.)

In Toyshop Riimikko's online store (=lelu.riimikko.fi) you can pay for your purchases with all common bank and credit cards by choosing 'Online payment' as the payment method. During the payment phase of the order, the program asks in more detail how you want to pay. The options are: all bank cards and credit cards, flexible and Collector invoicing and Paypal payment.

We consider online payment purchases as paid immediately and we can send the products as soon as possible.

Online shopping is safe. (Ultimately, Paytrail and the banks are responsible for abuses if the cards have not been processed properly)

Online payment order/delivery takes place as follows:

  • Buy the products in our online store.
  • When entering the order information, select 'Online payment' as the payment method
  • Pay for your purchase with a bank or credit card.
  •  If you use a credit card, the software will also ask for bank confirmation (= the same credentials and one-time passwords as when paying bills normally)
  • The system sends the order confirmation to the customer's email and information about the purchase to Toyshop Riimikko's email.
  • If you have chosen Jousto or Collector invoicing, we will make sure that the order and delivery address are the same and we will deliver the products. Together with Jousto and Collector, Paytrail manages the sending of invoices, installment functions and possible collection.

Pickup:

If you choose 'Collection' as the payment and delivery method, then you pay for the products at the cashier when you pick them up. (you can also pay for the products in advance as an online payment or bank transfer, even if you pick up the products from the store)

You should also place a pickup order here in the online store, so that we can reserve the products in your name and deliver them to the store, if they are stored elsewhere. In the info field at the end of the online order, mark when you plan to pick up the products.

Pick-up order/delivery takes place as follows:

  • Buy the products in our online store.
  • When entering the order information, mark the delivery method as 'Collection'
  • if you want to pay immediately, do it by bank transfer or online payment.
  • Write in the order info field when you would like to pick up the products from Toyshop Riimikko
  • The system sends the order confirmation to the customer's email and information about the purchase to Toyshop Riimikko's email.
  • We will notify you by email when the order can be picked up at Toyshop Riimikko.

Prepaid bank transfer:

If you don't want to use bank or credit cards in the online store, but you want the products to be sent, choose 'Prepayment' as the payment method. In this case, the software displays the bank transfer information, based on which you can pay your purchase to our bank account. In this case, we only send the products when the amount appears on our account.

Advance payment order/ delivery takes place as follows:

  • Buy the products in our online store.
  • When entering the order information, select 'Advance payment' as the payment method
  • At the end of the order, print the bank transfer page or save the account number and total amount and pay for your purchase as a normal bank payment (online or by visiting your bank).
  • The system sends the order confirmation to the customer's email and information about the purchase to Toyshop Riimikko's email.
  • When the payment appears in our account, we will send the products to the address you provided.

Delivery time

Toy store products are stored both in the store and warehouse. You can get the products in the toy store right away or we will send them within a couple of days. If the order involves assembling the product, this typically takes a couple more days.

We deliver the products in the way chosen by the customer. Our online store offers all the main Posti or Matkahuolto delivery methods

Cancellation of the transaction.

If for some reason you have to/ want to cancel the transaction, it will be done within 8 days. The customer will not incur any costs if we have not had time to send the product.

If the product has already been sent, then the customer will have to pay the freight back to us. Shipping charges for large pieces can be quite substantial. In this pricing, normal freight prices announced by Posti and Matkahuolto are used.

If you have paid with a bank card or bank transfer, send us an email with the account information where the amount paid will be returned. (we can return credit card purchases within 7-8 days without your account number)

Conditions of transport.

We deliver the products to be sent via Posti or Matkahuolto. In deliveries, we comply with the delivery conditions of these companies.(e.g. delivery time, breakage of the product during transport, terms of door-to-door delivery, calls, distribution attempts, etc.). For example, Posti does not call the customer to see if he is at home at the time of delivery, but instead tries to deliver, and if it is not successful, the package returns to your post office to wait for collection.

Freight pricing is based on the weight and volume of the shipment.

Limitation of liability:

Toyshop Riimikko is not responsible for the customer's indirect costs that the customer incurs from putting the product into use, such as installing or assembling the product.

Defective products and complaints:

If there is something wrong with the product you received, please inform us directly:

Purchases made with credit cards or invoices/installments:

(=this below is the clause that Paytrail needs, so that they have e.g. the right to collect invoices.)

For purchases made with credit cards or by invoice/part payment, Paytrail (=Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy) is considered the seller, so that they can, for example, charge a credit card purchase or send an invoice/collection letter)

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Lelukauppa Riimikko acts only as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is responsible for complaints.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the seller of the product for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions implements the payment and financing service related to online bank payments. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and accounts it to the merchant. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
